How To Find Undiscovered, Low Competition Markets Instantly To Explode Your Income!

I’ve always believed in giving real content and today’s no different!

This is a quick read but very useful – you’ll learn about an extremely simple but powerful “advanced” technique that will allow you to:

- Expand your markets for selling stuff instantly
- Reach millions of “undiscovered” prospects easily
- Reduce your competition DRASTICALLY – even if you’re promoting the same
products as thousands of others!
- Minimize your advertising cost, including PPC
- and more!

Most of the time, we’re told that we need to find a niche first?

That’s not entirely true.

What if you find a high-converting PRODUCT to promote first, then create your markets later??

Sounds strange? Not really.

Here’s what you can do (by thinking out of the box):

1. Find a hot sellable affiliate product (eg. Clickbank products with high gravity)

Now, instead of advertising to the same group of people as most affiliates usually would (using product name, author name, obvious markets, “weight loss” etc.) you…

2. Create YOUR OWN MARKETS by sub-segmenting by demographics!

With this, you will have entire new and unexplored sub-markets that are not obvious, and not used by your many competitors.

Here’s an example:

If you’re an affiliate for “Panic Away”, a top Clickbank product, intsead of advertising with the “usual suspects” keywords like “cure panic attack”, “panic attack help” etc., you could target different groups of people looking for this solution, like…

- panic attack help for internet marketers lol
- panic attack help for insurance agents
- panic attack help for real estate agents
- panic attack help for men over 30
- panic attack help for women over 40
- panic attack help for teenagers

These are just some examples and the possibilities are HUGE.

This is a great way to promote products “outside” the usual markets it caters to.

For example, you could promote “Super Mind Power System” to different groups of people like:

- mind power for students
- mind power for sports
- mind power for magicians
- mind power for job seekers
- mind power for people over 50

Use your creativity and do some research!

This one tip will put MORE money into your pockets.

Take care.

7 Insider Tips For Selling Information Products Like Crazy!

Wow what a weekend, I had a blast, hope yours was great too!

I just got back home from speaking to a huge crowd at the annual “National Achiever Congress” event in KL, Malaysia and it was a wonderful experience meeting everyone.

The wonderful thing about this event was to be able to meet and work with people like Robert Kiyosaki of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” fame. These are people I respect and it’s a great privilege to be part of the group.

Here are a few photos of the event for your viewing pleasure:

I love the business of information marketing and it’s wonderful to help people and make an income at the same time.

If you’re considering doing seminars, I want to share with you some tips I personally use to skyrocket sales when it comes to selling information offline.

These tips are also applicable to selling information products online and in marketing YOURSELF to your audience, no matter who they are.

Fact is, we’re always marketing to people (what I termed “Human Marketing) everyday and once we understand what makes people tick, our lives will be much easier. Think about that when you read the article below…

“7 Insider Tips For Selling Information Products Like Crazy!”

Here are 7 simple tips you can use to make your information products sell like crazy. These tips are especially relevant if you’re in the seminar business. However they can also be useful for selling more of ANY product and even in everyday people-to-people marketing.

Tip #1: Always Know Your Audience

This is similar to doing market research online. When you’re marketing offline, the same rule applies, it helps to understand the demographics and objectives of your audience – only then can you give them what they want.

This applies not only to seminar marketing but to almost every aspects of your life – we’re always out there “selling” ourselves to other people! Be it with your spouse, family, bosses, colleagues, clients etc. It’s always good to learn the hot buttons that push people.

Tip #2: Be Passionate, Excited And Spontaneous!

The #1 rule is to love what you’re doing, only then can you do it best. Your personal excitement and passion in your presentation will rub off on your audience. I’ve seen many speakers who are too “dry” and boring, and to be honest, your audience aren’t enjoying themselves if that’s the case.

Besides being a learning experience, your audience are also there to “escape” the daily grind and they do desire to be entertained – so keep them entertained and on their toes as best as you can.

Tip #3: Give More Than You Take

I strongly believe in giving real actionable content in all my seminars and workshops. Do NOT just think about making sales, that’s the wrong attitude to have.

Give upfront first, provide value. In most seminars, speakers are simply focused on hard selling – imagine how the audience will feel! They are there to learn.

Obviously I’m making a strong “sweeping statement” as this may not always be the case. I’m just saying it’s important you put yourself in your audience’s shoes.

Be unique and giving in your approach, and most of all – be GENUINE and sincere. That’s the way I do it. People can tell.

Tip #4: Show Proof, Proof, Proof

No matter what you’re selling, providing proof will make you more money. This is because people need to believe in order to be convinced. Re-read that statement again and think about it.

In my seminars, I often show proof of results, income and students’ successes. It can make the difference between having a table rush and bad sales.

Tip #5: Consistency

Throughout the entire marketing funnel and sales presentation, the principle of consistency is amazingly powerful. This starts from the very beginning till end of the marketing message.

For example, you could use the same example throughout or create a story around your topic. In my own presentations, I often use golf as a constant example to illustrate my points.

In this way, your audience will experience a constant connection with you and be fixated on your presentation.

Tip #6: Giving Them The Complete Package

If you’re selling your products, present it in a “complete packaged solution” format. Your offer should solve every aspect of your audience’s problem. Make them go “wow” when they see your offer. Make it scarce so they rush for it.

Tip #7: It’s In Your Title

Just like the headline of a sales page or the title of a best-selling book, the title of your offer is a crucial element in the sales process. Make your title descriptive, catchy and power-packed. It will make a difference.

For example, don’t call it “How To Train Your Dog” when you can call it the “Ultimate Dog Training Program”. Which one sounds better and convey a more powerful imagery?

The title of a product can make or break it. Remember that.

OK that’s it for now, gotta go. I’ll share more with you next time!

Simple Internet Income

I’m officially launching my print book, “How I Made My First Million On The Internet and How You Can Too!” on Thursday, February 26th, 12PM EST so I’m officially busy :-)

However here’s my quick 2 cents on how to generate internet income without confusion or fluff.

I call this “Simple Internet Income” because it IS simple, it doesn’t need to be confusing or complicated.

This can make you money but however there’s the dirty 4 letter word everyone hates: WORK!

Your choice. Or you could always pay to outsource.

Remember – it’s always the principle of Time or Money!

Before I begin, there are 3 extremely crucial principles that if applied, can make you A LOT more money…

1. Sell products that CONVERT (or you’ll waste traffic)

2. Sell stuff that SOLVE DESPERATE PROBLEMS (for fast cash)

3. Take action – consistently

Lets have a look at the plan!

Step 1: Find a profitable topic

Simplest way is to look at www.amazon.com or www.google.com/trends

Step 2: Find out what problems people have in relation to this topic

A desperate problem is best. Easy way is to go look at related forums.

Step 3: Find a suitable affiliate product that solve the problem AND convert well.

Simplest way is to go www.clickbank.com and look for the highest gravity products
in your related category. Join and get your affiliate link.

Step 4: Find at least 3 specific longtail keyphrases for the problem or product

Just use Google’s free keyword tool https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal.

For example, “how can I stop snoring”

Step 5: Write (or outsource) 3 articles

Each article should be focused on each keyphrase. 300 word article is enough. Remember the article
is NOT a sales letter, it’s a presell, a teaser :-)

Step 6: Submit articles to article directories

Start with www.ezinearticles.com first.

Step 7: Create a free keyword-rich blog (blogger or wordpress) and post articles there

Do this after your articles are published on ezinearticles.com.

Link each article back to your articles on ezinearticles.com

You can say something like: Article originally published on xxxxxx

Step 8: Create a squidoo len and post articles there

Do this after your blog is up.

Link each article back to your articles on ezinearticles.com

You can say something like: Article originally published on xxxxxx

Step 9: Submit articles to the rest of the article directories

Link each article back to your articles on ezinearticles.com

You can say something like: Article originally published on xxxxxx

To make this really easy and effective, I suggest getting an account at SubmitYourArticle
because the service is top-notch and it works great.

Here’s a special bonus link if you’re interested. (Do NOT share)

Step 10: Social bookmark everything

And of course you can always scale this up, then rinse and repeat.

I know this looks simple but there’s a lot of insightful stuff in this strategy :-)

Maybe I’ll create a more in-depth product on this if time permits, we’ll see.

Take care!

How My 6 Year Old Son Started An Internet Business By Mistake!

It’s strange but true and this shows how SIMPLE an internet business can be.

My 6 year old boy’s crazy about Ben 10 (well he has moved on now to something called “Bakugan” but that’s another story for another day) and so I created a very simple wordpress blog for him and his brother being the good dad that I am :-)

You can see their blog at http://www.ClaydenAndCoen.com

Anyway, he started posting just titles and pictures of his favourite Ben 10 toys on the blog as and when he likes to.

Now here’s the kicker, the blog had absolutely:

- NO content whatsoever
- NO widgets
- NO keyword research
- NO promotion
- NO backlinks
- NO articles
- Nothing!

It had nothing except for titles and pictures.

We don’t even go to the blog except once in a few months.

Guess what, I recently went to have a look and was flabbergasted that the blog was getting over 3,000+ unique visitors per month!

See proof:

There were also 32 pages indexed by Google:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Aclaydenandcoen.com

Here’s the SECRET which I think got the traffic…

Listen up…

It’s a real secret :-)

Look at this screenshot and you’ll see:

#1 out of 944,000 competitors in Google images for a keyword with over 90,000 searches per month

It even outranks giant websites and businesses like Flickr and Alibaba!

Now here’s the important thing from this case study:

Rethink how you can rank on the search engines with images.

Remember, we did absolutely NOTHING except post photos which were found for FREE on the internet.

However, I believe that the postings of relevant pictures and keyword titles may play a part.

But I’m STILL flabbergasted that it can be so easy to get traffic and a business going online.

What do you think about this?

Also, the comments from visitors are hilarious, I mean read this:

http://www.claydenandcoen.com/?p=18#comments

People were ASKING to buy stuff from my 6 year old!

Now, what if we build a little business off this?

Here are some ideas of what we can do:

- Build a list of responsive kids and parents
- Make money with affiliate programs like eBay, Amazon and Adsense
- Create an info product around Ben 10
- Set up an eBay store and auction off his toys (there are TOO many of them!)
- Set up a Yahoo! Store and get stocks using the wholesale/dropship model
- Flip the blog for a nice profit by selling it
- Actually do something to promote the blog!

This shows just how SIMPLE setting up an internet business can be…

You’ve just got to stick to the basics and grow from there.

I mean, if a 6 year old can do it, anyone can do it!

You can literally do this for ANY niche and make almost guaranteed income.

Here’s an easy to do step-by-step plan just for you:

Step 1: Find a market on Amazon.com or Clickbank.com
Step 2: Research some long-tail keywords
Step 3: Find relevant images or photos on Google images
Step 4: Find relevant affiliate products (Ebay, Amazon, Clickbank, Adsense)
Step 5: Start a blog (just a simple one, no fluff needed, Blogger or Wordpress will be fine)
Step 6: Post your photos with keyword-rich titles and tags and add your affiliate links
Step 7: Promote the blog with articles, forums, social bookmarking to create relevant backlinks
Step 8: Post new photos every week

That’s it! You should be getting targeted traffic automatically and making real money online for FREE.

You could definitely refine and systemize the above plan. Or outsource to some college kids and
build an entire money-making niche empire without spending a cent.

I suggest you go try this and POST YOUR RESULTS HERE.

Man, I should have charged for this information :p

Your comments and ideas to brainstorm further are appreciated…

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
